We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Finance Assistant for an initial 2 month period.
Successful applicants will have previous Finance/ Accounts Assistant experience and will ideally be available to start immediately. Previous Hotel or Hospitality experience is essential.
The role is based in Central London, working for a luxury Hotel business.

Revenue&IncomeAuditSupport
- Assistwithdailyrevenuechecks
- ReconcilePOSsystemstoPMS(e.g.Mews)andaccountingsystem
- Investigateandresolvevariances
BalanceSheetReconciliations
- Assistwithreconciliationofkeybalancesheetaccounts
- Supportmonth-endcloseprocess
FinancialReporting
- Supportpreparationofmonthlymanagementaccounts
- Maintainaccuratefinancialrecordsanddocumentation
Control&Compliance
- Ensureadherencetointernalfinancialcontrolsandprocedures
- Supportauditrequests(internal/external)
- Maintainorganisedandaudit-readydocumentation
The working hours are very flexible and there is 1 day working from home per week.
Whilst this is initially a temporary opportunity for 2 months, there is a possibility that the position could be made permanent.
