We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (or Legal Executive) to join a well-established and supportive legal team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, providing high-quality advice to individuals and families on wills, probate, estate planning, and related areas. Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of private client matters (Wills, Estate Planning, Probate, Estate Administration, Powers of Attorney (LPA), Trust Creation Administration, Inheritance Tax Planning)
- Provide clear, empathetic, and professional advice to clients and families
- Draft and prepare legal documents accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with executors, beneficiaries, financial advisers, and third parties
- Handle complex estate administration matters where required
- Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and relevant legislation
- Maintain accurate case records and manage matters through to completion
- Support business development and networking activities where appropriate
Skills Experience Required:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
- Experience in Private Client matters
