Are you an organised and proactive Payroll Administrator looking to join a fast growing business where no two days are the same? Working 4 days in the office and 1 day from home a week. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy, fast paced environment and wants to play a key role in supporting the smooth running of multiple care homes. You will be joining a collaborative team environment with real variety in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing payroll administration and sending Excel payroll reports to an external payroll provider
  • Supporting recruitment activity
  • Conducting rota analysis and workforce planning support
  • Managing agency and temporary staffing
  • Updating payroll information onto Xero across multiple companies
  • Supporting with Xero bank reconciliations and Accounts Payable duties
  • Supporting with sponsorship administration (COS) and Home Office processes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous payroll administration experience
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with reports and data
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of sponsorships and Home Office systems is a bonus
  • A positive, team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
