Accountancy Action has been instructed to source a Management Accountant for a media company based in Richmond. If you're passionate about finance, enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and have 5 years of experience, we'd love to hear from you!

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Full responsibility for the month ends close including posting sales & purchases, journals, overseeing accruals, prepayments, and fixed assets depreciation
  • Preparing the month ends Purchase Report such as Duty calculation, Commission and Freight charges
  • Full responsibility for the balance sheet reconciliation
  • Complete quarterly VAT returns, ensuring compliance and keeping up to date with any changes to VAT
  • Preparing Weekly Management Report such as Aged TB and Sale report
  • Full responsibility for weekly customer payment allocation and supervising sales invoices and debt collection
  • Fixed Assets
