About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a confidential client for an experienced and motivated Property Team Leader to join their Property Management team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in property management who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role, or for an existing team leader looking for a fresh challenge.

You'll oversee a busy property portfolio, lead a dedicated team, and play a key role in ensuring excellent service delivery to landlords and tenants alike.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Lead, motivate and support a team of Property Coordinators and Senior Property Coordinators.

Provide coaching, guidance and day-to-day management to ensure high performance.

Hold regular one-to-one meetings and team meetings.

Manage workloads and ensure service standards and KPIs are achieved.

Support recruitment, onboarding and training where required.

Promote a positive, collaborative and accountable team culture.

Property Portfolio Management Oversee the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio.

Manage property onboarding, compliance, inspections, maintenance and offboarding.

Monitor occupancy levels and minimise void periods.
