A fantastic, well–established organisation, highly respected and well known within its field, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its growing UK team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a true value–add business partnering role, working closely with senior stakeholders while enjoying a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote), alongside a car allowance and performance–related bonus.
Your new role
- Develop a deep understanding of business performance, provide meaningful insight, and support informed decision–making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver deep business analysis and financial modelling, incorporating financial and non–financial KPIs.
- Conduct trend analysis.
- Prepare and present clear, impactful insights to senior stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations to improve commercial and operational performance.
- Own the monthly P&L and produce high–quality commentary that clearly "tells the story".
- Lead annual budgeting and rolling, dynamic forecasting.
This role would suit those ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified with proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering or commercially focused finance role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insight are essential, as is being a confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
