Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee key financial operations and lead a dedicated finance team. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a small finance team, fostering collaboration and productivity. Prepare accurate forecasts and monitor cash flows across international entities. Oversee and improve controls, addressing outdated processes for enhanced efficiency. Manage and reconcile loan accounts, overdrafts, and multi-currency operations. Review journals, reconciliations, and month-end variances, resolving queries. Prepare and present monthly reconciliation packs for multiple entities.
