Financial Controller/Finance Director £70,000 – £85,000 per annum We have partnered with a high growth group based in Manchester to recruit a Qualified Financial Controller looking for the next step up. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone to join a company in a rapid growth period. There is the opportunity to move into a CFO position and the company is currently in the PE stages so it is a very exciting time to join the business. Our client is looking for a dynamic, engaging and entrepreneurial FC/FD to help support PE led growth over the next 3 to 5 years. You will be responsible for making key financial, business related decisions and ensure that budgets are met across the company. You will be joining an ambitious and dynamic SMT and report directly to the CEO. You will oversee the finance department and the role will be heavily cash focused. You will be ACA or ACCA Qualified and have solid cashflow management experience. The ideal candidate will have experience of a fast paced environment with ambitious growth plans. Previous experience in the Professional Services or Legal industry is preferred and any experience of group consolidations would be a bonus.
