Entry Level Finance Assistant – AP 5 days in the South London office Salary £28,000 to £32,000 per annum (increase after completing probation) Our client, an exciting, creative manufacturing business based in South London, are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to focus on teh AP side of for their accounts team. There is the chance for progression into a Head of AP role and eventually Finance Manager. The company is also currently going through a system implementation so you will get to be part of that process. Key responsibilities of the role will include: Purchase ledger – entering all supplier invoices and credit notes onto Sage. Processing expenses Credit card reconciliations Timesheet input and processing – chasing missing timesheets, update spreadsheets, prepare monthly payment runs. Assisting the team with PO queries and helping with any other areas of finance when required.
