We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor (or Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive) to join a busy and growing property team. The successful candidate will manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, delivering an efficient, high-quality service to clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious conveyancer to join a supportive firm with strong workflow, administrative support, and opportunities for progression.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters (Freehold and leasehold, Sales Purchases, Re-Mortgages, Transfers of equity, New build transactions)
- Handle matters from instruction through to post-completion
- Conduct property title checks, searches, and review contracts
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Ensure all transactions are progressed efficiently and in line with SLA targets
- Maintain high standards of client care and communication throughout the process
- Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and AML requirements
- Work collaboratively with support staff and legal assistants
- Identify and resolve legal or transactional issues quickly and effectively
