Job Description Are you a Financial Controller seeking a new local role? The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective financial controls. The position will offer hybrid working. Financial Management & Reporting Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with accounting standards Manage the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll functions Develop, implement, and maintain robust financial controls and procedures Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements, and audit standards Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes Cash Flow & Treasury Manage banking relationships and treasury activities Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team Allocate tasks, set objectives, and conduct performance reviews Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management Support strategic planning and decision-making Analyse financial performance and identify areas for improvement ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Proven experience in a financial controller or senior finance role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Bonus Pension contribution Private healthcare Flexible working options
