An established international professional services business is seeking an experienced Interim Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function through an exciting period of transformation. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in modernising the finance function, improving reporting, driving automation and ensuring the business is well positioned for its next phase of growth. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can operate strategically whilst remaining close to the detail when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the finance function, providing strategic and operational financial leadership.
- Drive finance transformation, improving processes, controls and reporting.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Develop the finance team, creating a high-performing function capable of supporting future growth.
- Enhance budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial planning.
- Deliver meaningful commercial insight to support business decisions.
- Strengthen governance, controls and financial compliance across the business.
- Partner with the executive leadership team on strategic initiatives.
- Support acquisition activity, due diligence and M&A projects where required.
