Are you a hands-on, technically strong Financial Controller looking for your next challenge? This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, international group in a fully office-based role where you’ll be at the heart of commercial and operational finance.
We’re looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with deep expertise in UK GAAP, group consolidations, and the ability to lead from the front in a high-pressure environment. This isn’t a sit-back-and-review role — it’s sleeves-up, in the numbers, and working closely with the CFO to drive clarity, compliance, and control.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning group reporting, reconciliations across multiple entities
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting across an international group structure
- Producing accurate and timely management accounts with real commercial insight
- Driving process improvement, ERP system optimisation, and scaling up the finance function
- Leading and mentoring a team across locations while being fully hands-on
