An established London-based technology and manufacturing business is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join its finance team on a full or part-time basis. The company operates within a specialist technology sector, providing products and solutions to a range of commercial and industrial customers. With an established UK operation and a close-knit team, this is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Assistant looking for a flexible position within a well-established business. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement and will be worked across 4 or 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase invoices
- Preparing supplier payments
- Managing the sales invoicing process
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Providing wider finance and administrative support as required
About You

- Experience across purchase and/or sales ledger
- Ideally, experience using Sage 50 or similar accounting software
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small team
