An ambitious and growing accountancy practice in Hertfordshire are looking for an Accountant to take ownership of an expanding client portfolio. The firm has seen strong growth over the past 12 months, with clients taking up an increasing range of services. The role includes:
- Managing your own portfolio of clients
- Preparing limited company statutory accounts
- Producing management accounts
- Completing sole trader tax returns
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns
- Reviewing work completed by offshore teams to ensure quality and accuracy
- Supporting junior staff and contributing to their development
- Assisting with onboarding new clients as the firm continues to grow
About you:
- At least one year’s experience within a public practice environment
