Location: Hertfordshire (Fully Office-Based)

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Working Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm

Holiday: 20 days annual leave + bank holidays

About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and reliable Administrative Client Support Assistant to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting clients, and handling a variety of administrative tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, acting as a point of contact for client enquiries while supporting internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client support enquiries via email
  • Assist clients with queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage and send documents, including sending client contracts via DocuSign
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
  • Support the wider team with administrative tasks
  • Coordinate internal processes and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Assist with onboarding new clients where required

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Experience within the healthcare sector is preferred but not essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
