Tax Manager to join its expanding Corporate Tax team.

You'll work closely with experienced Tax Principals, advising a diverse client base ranging from owner-managed businesses to larger corporate organisations.

The Opportunity
This role offers the perfect balance of compliance and advisory work, allowing you to broaden your expertise while becoming a trusted adviser to your clients.
You'll be involved in exciting projects including
- Corporate restructures and reorganisations
- Company incorporations
- Capital Gains Tax and Income Tax planning
- EIS and SEIS advice
- Business succession planning
- Corporate tax planning opportunities
- Working alongside senior partners on complex advisory assignments
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own portfolio of corporate and owner-managed business clients.
- Prepare and review Corporation Tax Returns, ensuring deadlines are met accurately and efficiently.
- Identify proactive tax planning opportunities to add value for clients.
- Build long-term client relationships, becoming their trusted tax adviser.
- Support Tax Principals on complex advisory assignments and technical projects.
- Respond to HMRC enquiries and resolve tax-related matters.
- Ensure all compliance work is completed to the highest professional standards.
- Mentor and support junior members of the tax team.
- Keep up to date with changes in UK tax legislation and share technical knowledge across the team.
About You

- Previous experience working within an accountancy practice.
- Strong corporate tax compliance experience.
