We’re offering a rare opportunity to step into a hands-on, end-to-end role where you’ll lead the entire finance cycle from day-to-day accounting through to strategic reporting, audit, and forecasting.
This is a pivotal position within the business, giving you real influence, visibility, and the chance to shape processes in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING- Take full ownership of the HQ finance function, managing the entire accounting lifecycle
- Oversee end-to-end accounting including AP/AR, general ledger, and reconciliations
- Lead the month-end close, delivering accurate, insightful management accounts and variance analysis
- Drive balance sheet integrity and maintain a strong control environment
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes
- Lead year-end activities and act as the key contact for external auditors
- Support statutory reporting in line with IFRS standards
- Partner with Group Finance on consolidation and reporting requirements
- Continuously improve systems, processes, and reporting
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Proven experience in a hands-on, full-cycle accounting role
- Strong track record managing month-end, year-end, and audit processes
- Solid technical accounting knowledge (IFRS)
- Experience in multi-entity or group environments
- Fluent German is a bonus, but not essential
- Full ownership and autonomy
