Project Administrator to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client engagements, scheduling sessions and managing logistics.
  • Support Project Managers with the delivery of client programmes.
  • Maintain accurate project information across internal systems.
  • Liaise with clients, facilitators and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Support the Business Development team in transitioning new opportunities into live projects.
  • Assist with invoicing and credit control activities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing client requirements.
  • Deliver an exceptional level of customer service throughout every stage of the project lifecycle.

About You
