What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a small payroll team
- Managing multiple high-volume payrolls (fortnightly & monthly)
- Ensuring accurate, on-time processing across all payroll cycles
- Handling BACS, EPS, FPS, pensions, PAYE & statutory submissions
- Acting as the go-to for HMRC & regulatory queries
- Driving process improvements and strengthening controls
- Supporting finance with payroll analysis and reporting
