An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor with 2–4 years' PQE to join a well-established Employment team. This role offers exposure to a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, alongside corporate support and transactional work.

The successful candidate will be confident advising employer clients across a wide spectrum of employment law issues and will have experience gained within a reputable commercial, City, or specialist employment practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising employers on a full range of UK employment law matters, including performance management.
  • Providing employment law support on corporate and property transactions, including legal due diligence and workplace policies.
  • Managing Employment Tribunal claims from inception through to final hearing.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2–4 years' PQE in Employment Law.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Exposure to transactional employment support work.
  • Strong client-facing and commercial advisory skills.
  • Experience conducting advocacy at preliminary hearing level.
  • Experience handling County Court discrimination claims.
