Credit Controller - Qube experience - £35,000 - £40,000 per annum - Borehamwood, Hertfordshire
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Credit Controller to join a growing property management business.
This role is ideal for someone with previous credit control or debt recovery experience who enjoys building relationships, resolving queries and taking ownership of a busy debtor ledger. You'll be responsible for managing arrears across a large residential property portfolio, working closely with Property Managers, Accountants and Solicitors to ensure outstanding balances are recovered while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
As Credit Controller, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing the full credit control process across a portfolio of units
- Chasing outstanding service charge arrears via telephone, email and written correspondence.
- Producing and issuing fortnightly arrears reports for internal stakeholders.
- Managing the end-to-end arrears process, ensuring accurate administration and timely recovery of outstanding balances.
- Working closely with Property Managers to maintain healthy cash flow across managed developments.
- Negotiating and monitoring payment plans while ensuring ongoing compliance.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced within some Credit Control, Collections or Accounts Receivable.
- Qube experience is highly desirable
