We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Finance Assistant for an initial 2 month period.
Successful applicants will have previous Finance/ Accounts Assistant experience and will ideally be available to start immediately.
Previous Hotel or Hospitality experience is essential.
The role is based in Central London, working for a luxury Hotel business.
The role will include: Accounts Payable Receivable Process supplier invoices, ensuring correct coding and approvals Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies Assist with payment runs and maintain AP ageing Support invoicing and collections where required Revenue Income Audit Support Assist with daily revenue checks Reconcile POS systems to PMS (e. g.
