About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an

Administrative & Client Support Assistant to join their growing team in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, reliable and organised administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing a high level of support to clients.

The successful candidate will take on a varied role, combining client communication with general administration and internal coordination.

You will play an important part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business, acting as a key point of contact for client enquiries while supporting internal processes and the wider team.

This role would suit someone who is detail-focused, professional and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client support enquiries via email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist clients with queries and ensure enquiries are dealt with efficiently.
  • Manage, prepare and send client documentation as required.
  • Send client contracts and other documents via Docu Sign.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems.
  • Support the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate internal processes and ensure actions are followed up and completed.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients where required.
  • Ensure documentation and records are accurate and maintained to a high standard.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Help ensure smooth and efficient administrative processes across the business.
  • Take ownership of tasks and provide additional administrative support as required.

About You

  • Minimum

2 years' experience in an administrative role .

  • Previous experience within the healthcare sector is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising workloads.
  • Professional and confident when communicating with clients.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a wider team.
