About Us
Accountancy 4 You Ltd is a growing Chartered Accountancy and Business Advisory practice with over 15 years of experience supporting Polish entrepreneurs in the UK. We provide accounting, tax, payroll, VAT, CIS, Self Assessment and business advisory services to self-employed individuals, landlords, limited companies and ambitious business owners looking to grow their businesses with confidence.
As our practice continues to expand, we are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Sales Manager to help us connect with more business owners and build long-term client relationships.
The Role
This is not a traditional sales role. You will be working closely with business owners, understanding their challenges, identifying opportunities where we can help, and introducing them to our accounting, tax and advisory services. You will become a trusted first point of contact for prospective clients and play a key role in the continued growth of our practice. It is more freelancing, flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with Polish entrepreneurs and business owners in the UK.
- Conduct introductory discovery calls and client meetings.
- Follow up enquiries and convert leads into clients.
- Represent the firm at networking events, business communities and online groups.
- Develop referral relationships with strategic partners.
- Maintain an organised sales pipeline and CRM system.
- Work closely with the Directors to identify growth opportunities.
- Promote our accounting, tax and business advisory services.
- Support marketing initiatives and client engagement activities.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent Polish and good English language skills.
- Experience in sales, business development, recruitment, financial services, banking, accounting or professional services.
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, proactive and commercially minded.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
- Passion for helping businesses grow and succeed.
