Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful manufacturing organisation based in Wrexham as they look to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their team on a temp to perm basis. This opportunity is ideal for an immediately available technical Finance Assistant / Finance Administrator with broad experience at transactional level including AP and AR.
Salary/benefits: Β£30-35,000pa
Hybrid Work: Fridays from home
Job Duties:
- Process sales orders through the finance system.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and order fulfilment.
- Carry out stock reconciliations and book stock movements.
- Produce monthly reports on sales, invoicing and stock.
- Post remittances and update bank.
- Process elements of the cashbook, ensuring accuracy.
- Assist in raising payments in line with company procedures.
- Process purchase invoices, credit notes and expenses.
- Maintain supplier records and support supplier reconciliations.
- Take responsibility for reconciliations, reporting and transaction processing.
- Maintain financial spreadsheets to support month-end and management reporting.
Ideal experience:
- AAT qualified or equivalent.
- Strong Excel Skills.
- Previous Sage experience desirable.
- Demonstrable experience within a busy accounts role.
- Ability to manage own workload and achieve deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
