An opportunity has arisen within a Top 10 accountancy firm for an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager or Associate Director to join a high-profile, fast-growing Tax practice based in either their Liverpool or Manchester office. You will be advising ambitious, entrepreneurial businesses ranging from start-ups and scale-ups through to large UK groups and international organisations.
Corporate Tax Senior Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the delivery of complex corporate tax compliance and advisory work
- Act as a trusted adviser to a portfolio of high-growth and high-profile corporate clients
- Provide technical leadership across areas such as corporation tax, group structures, R&D and capital allowances
- Review and sign off corporate tax computations, returns and statutory tax disclosures
- Support and mentor Managers and Seniors, contributing to team development
Corporate Tax Senior Manager skills:
- Ideally ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified (or equivalent)
- Extensive experience in Corporate Tax within practice
- Operating at Senior Manager or Associate Director level, or ready to step up
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to apply legislation pragmatically
