Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful business within the services industry as they look to recruit an experienced Management Accountant to join their finance team on a fixed term contract for 12-18 months. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced QBE or part qualified Management Accountant, looking for a hands-on role within a fast paced business.

Salary/benefits: £38-43,000pa, Company pension, Life Assurance, Free on-site parking

Job Duties:

  • Drive the production of monthly management accounts, forecasts, and performance insights.
  • Play a key role in shaping and delivering annual budgets.
  • Provide impactful financial and commercial analysis to boost business performance.
  • Partner with Operations, HR, and IT teams to enhance financial visibility and empower smarter decisions.
  • Champion process improvements and identify innovative cost-saving opportunities.
  • Uphold strong financial governance through compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Ideal experience:

  • AAT qualified, part-qualified, or an experienced accountant with equivalent expertise.
  • Exceptional analytical thinker with a talent for solving complex problems.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, even when working to tight deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Collaborative and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence at all levels.
  • Highly organised, self-driven, and adaptable within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
