Reporting to senior leadership, you'll take full ownership of the finance function, ensuring the smooth running of all financial operations. This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who enjoys both strategic involvement and day-to-day accounting responsibilities.

• Oversee all aspects of the finance function, including management and financial accounting.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
• Produce year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support key business decisions.
• Lead and develop a small finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, controls, and reporting.

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA essential).
• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role.
• Strong technical accounting skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Confident working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of the finance function.
