Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading, private equity backed services business who are seeking to appoint a Senior Finance Business Partner on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced organisation, delivering meaningful and sustainable projects. The business is looking for someone who can act as a trusted financial advisor, working closely with senior leadership and operational teams to provide insight, drive performance, and support strategic decisions.
Job Duties:
- Work closely with senior management, providing financial insight and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes across assigned business areas.
- Analyse performance, highlight risks and opportunities, and develop initiatives to improve results.
- Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to drive efficiencies, cost savings, and revenue growth.
- Lead on financial management including balance sheet, cashflow, and P&L oversight.
- Challenge assumptions and deliver commercial insight to inform key decisions.
- Mentor junior finance team members and support continuous improvement across systems and reporting processes.
Ideal Experience:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering or Senior Finance role
- Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex financial information into actionable insight
- Able to lead and develop others while working at pace and with autonomy
