My client is seeking a talented Regional Head of Finance to join their rapidly growing business. Recently acquired and integrated, they are now part of a large national group entering a significant period of expansion, with plans to double in size over the next 2 years. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and partnering closely with both local operational leadership and a central group finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- The Regional Head of Finance will act as the key link between the local sites and the central group finance team, ensuring strong financial governance, timely reporting, and processes that can support continued rapid growth.
- Lead the day-to-day activities of a finance team, covering sales ledger, purchase ledger, credit control, payroll, and management accounts - taking a hands-on approach where needed.
- Develop and mentor the team.
- Strengthen financial controls and reporting processes.
- Produce month-end accounts to tight deadlines, delivering accurate reporting to both local management and the central finance function.
- Support regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements for group finance and the private equity stakeholder.
