A great opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join a busy finance team. You'll support accurate processing across purchase ledger, sales ledger, reconciliations and month-end tasks. Ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and experience in a finance or administrative role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process supplier and customer invoices accurately and on time.
  • Maintain up-to-date ledgers and complete regular reconciliations.
  • Allocate customer payments and support credit control when needed.
  • Prepare customer statements and assist with month-end reporting.
  • Handle supplier queries and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Support process improvements across the finance function.
  • Support month-end close activities.
  • Support the wider finance team with ad hoc reporting and administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency within the finance function.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in finance admin (AP/AR/PL/SL).
  • Strong numeracy, accuracy and organisational skills.
  • Good Excel skills and confident communication.
  • Proactive, able to work independently and solve problems.
