Job Description Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be working with a market leading manufacturing company based near Chester to recruit a Finance Analyst. Reporting to the Head of FP&A and partnering with operational, commercial, technical and supply chain teams, your analytical expertise will help drive strategic decision making, performance optimisation and agile financial management. \n \n Support the preparation of the 12-month rolling quarterly forecast, ensuring assumptions are clearly articulated and traceable through underlying planning processes in commercial and operations. \n Support dynamic planning processes across commercial and operations to deliver the quarterly forecast. \n Support the build and maintenance of financial models to drive scenario analysis, pricing decisions, resource allocation (OPEX) and investment evaluation (CAPEX). \n Provide timely monthly performance reporting, highlighting key drivers of variance, risks and opportunities. Articulate issues and actions to close performance gaps and measure progress. \n Offer insights to operational and commercial leaders that add value and help shape operational planning, resource utilisation, project viability and longer-term strategic initiatives. \n Ensure complex financial information is communicated, promoting financial understanding across the organisation. \n Drive improvements in the quality of conversations around operational performance and its impact on financial outcomes. \n \n Skills Required: \n \n ACCA / ACA / CIMA qualified. \n Financial analysis experience, preferably within industrial, operational or business-to-business environments. \n \n Benefits: \n \n 25 days holiday plus bank holidays \n Pension \n Free parking \n Career progression and growth \n \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
