The opportunity:
- You'll take ownership of a portfolio of international, multi-entity clients, becoming their go-to advisor for everything from technical accounting to broader business support.
- You'll work closely with senior stakeholders internally and externally, helping shape solutions, improve processes, and support clients as they grow.

Your role will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of growing, international clients.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, providing insight beyond the numbers and responsible for delivery, technical quality and client experience.
- As a Senior technical contributor you will be working closely with internal teams and outsourced providers to improve delivery and client experience.
- You will deliver and review: statutory accounts, management accounts, VAT & corporate tax compliance.
- Supporting a variety of clients with UK accounting expertise - international clients, multi-entity structures and complex work.
- You will be able to influence how services are delivered and improved.
- Getting involved in new client onboarding, solution design, and business growth initiatives.
- Act as a senior technical reference point for junior accountants and administrators within the team.
About you:
- We're looking for ambitious, qualified accountants (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) who ideally have some experience in a client-facing role or are keen to develop in this area.
- Confident client-facing communicator - who enjoys building relationships and working closely to deliver the best high-quality outcomes for clients.
- Strong grounding in UK accounting, tax, and compliance.
- Looking for candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset, and a bias toward innovation, data and AI tools to help us build for the future.
- Wants to step into a role with more ownership, visibility, and influence.
