Your role will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of growing, international clients.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, providing insight beyond the numbers.
- Delivering and reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts, VAT & corporate tax compliance.
- Supporting a variety of clients with accounting matters - international clients, multi-entity structures and complex work.
- Working closely with internal teams to improve delivery and client experience.
You will be able to influence how services are delivered and improved, getting involved in new client onboarding, solution design, and business growth initiatives.

- Enjoys building relationships and working closely with stakeholders.
- Has strong grounding in UK accounting, tax, and compliance.
- Is commercially aware and interested in how businesses operate and grow.
- Wants to step into a role with more ownership, visibility, and influence.
Why make the move?
- If you're currently in practice and want something more commercial and client-led.
- If you're in industry but missing variety or exposure.
- If you're in a role where you feel like a number rather than someone who can influence things.
This is a chance to step into something where you can genuinely have a voice and make a difference. Interested? Get in touch for a confidential conversation - happy to talk through the role, the business, and whether it's the right move for you.
