Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with an innovative, fast growing manufacturing company based in North Wales to recruit a Commercial Management Accountant. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely information to support commercial decision making across the business. Initially this will be a fixed term contract but may lead to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

- 8.30-5.30 Monday to Thursday, 8.30-3.30 Fridays.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts.
- Manage the month end sales close process.
- Lead and prepare the weekly sales order monitoring for management meetings.
- Prepare accurate profit analysis.
- Preparation and posting of monthly direct costing and revenue journals.
- Monitor gross profitability, providing direct feedback for improvement.
- Assist and investigate commercial pricing activity in line with company policy.
- Prepare monthly P&L departmental reports.
- Provide structured costing reports.
- Support the preparation of monthly and annual forecasting and budget reports.
- Assist the Financial Controller in cashflow planning and treasury management.
- Assist where necessary in the statutory audit of the financial statements to ensure timely completion and submission of the financial statements.
- Lead the introduction of new process and controls around customer onboarding and order book management.
Skills Required:
- CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- A strong pro-active approach and active to finding a solution.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to prioritise their workload.
- Excellent IT skills: MS Office incl. Excel, Pivot tables and other functions.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
