Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Management Accountant will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality financial insight to support strategic decision-making during a critical period of expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Business partnering with operational teams to drive performance
- Performing cost and margin analysis to support pricing and profitability decisions
- Maintaining robust financial controls and ensuring compliance with group accounting policies
- Balance sheet reconciliations and investigation of variances
- Supporting year-end processes and liaising with external auditors
