As Management Accountant, you\’ll work closely with the Head of Finance, acting as a trusted partner across the business. You\’ll be responsible for producing accurate, timely and insightful management information, driving meaningful analysis, and supporting informed commercial decision-making that underpins the company\’s ongoing growth.

The Role

You\’ll deliver high-quality financial reporting and analysis to support both operational and strategic objectives, working closely with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and analyse weekly P&L reports

• Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning

• Perform cost analysis, margin tracking, and performance reviews

• Provide commercial insight to guide strategic decisions

• Improve reporting tools, controls, and processes

• Collaborate with teams across operations and finance

What We\’re Looking For

• ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified or part-qualified or solid QBE

• Experience in a similar Management Accounting role

• Strong Excel and financial systems capability

• Sharp commercial awareness and attention to detail

• A confident, proactive communicator who thrives in a busy environment
