The Role
- Working under an impressive Finance Director, you will lead day to day finance operations while driving improvements across systems, reporting and processes.
- Working closely with senior leaders, you'll help build a finance function that's robust, data driven and future ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end and produce accurate, timely management accounts.
- Strengthen controls, reconciliations and audit readiness.
- Improve reporting, data quality and management information.
- Drive automation and reduce manual processes through better systems.
- Support system implementations and optimisation.
- Lead, support and develop the finance team.
- Improve billing, debt management and cash collection.
- Enhance cash flow visibility, WIP and debt reporting.
- Build meaningful KPIs and performance insights.
About You
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified.
- Experience as a Financial Controller or Senior FC.
- Strong financial controls and governance background.
