Senior Finance Regulatory Manager

to strengthen its finance and regulatory reporting capability during a period of growth and change. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing regulatory reporting processes, improving financial controls, and supporting the wider finance team. The Role Key responsibilities will include: Preparing and overseeing UK regulatory returns. Reviewing and rebuilding regulatory reporting models and spreadsheets to improve accuracy and controls. Reconciling regulatory submissions to underlying financial records. Supporting capital, liquidity and regulatory reporting requirements. Producing and reviewing monthly management accounts. Managing cash forecasting and liquidity reporting. Preparing and reviewing VAT returns. Strengthening finance processes, controls and documentation. Partnering with Finance, Risk and Compliance teams. Coaching and supporting colleagues on regulatory reporting requirements.

About You You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience gained within

financial services, wealth management, asset management, investment management or a similar FCA-regulated environment . You will have: Proven experience preparing UK regulatory returns including MiFID and RMAR submissions. Strong management accounting experience. Advanced Excel skills. Experience improving and developing complex regulatory reporting models. Strong financial control, reconciliation and governance knowledge. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
