Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier and customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain up-to-date ledgers and complete regular reconciliations.
- Allocate customer payments and support credit control when needed.
- Prepare customer statements and assist with month-end reporting.
- Handle supplier queries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support process improvements across the finance function.
- Support month-end close activities.
- Support the wider finance team with ad hoc reporting and administrative tasks.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency within the finance function.
