Following a period of trading challenges and significant investment into the business, the organisation is entering an exciting new phase of growth. The company has strengthened its position in the market, is returning to profitability, and is seeking an experienced finance professional to support the next stage of its journey. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, the head of Finance will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, strengthening controls, and providing meaningful financial insight to support strategic decision-making. Production of monthly management accounts and financial reporting packs Monitoring business performance and providing commercial financial insight Ensuring robust financial controls and compliance across the finance function Managing and developing a small finance team Supporting senior stakeholders with financial analysis and strategic decision-making Assisting with long-term financial planning as the business continues its growth trajectory Be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Have previous experience operating as a Financial Controller or senior finance manager Possess strong financial reporting and cash flow management experience Have experience improving financial processes and controls
