The Corporate Audit team in Manchester work with a variety of corporate and owner managed businesses, charities and other not for profit organisations. Clients range from start-ups to well established, prestigious clients and listed clients. They are looking for an Audit Manager to join their team and develop their experience. This is a challenging and varied role that will provide lots of opportunity for growth.
You will be responsible for the delivery of client based assignments, ensuring the team's audit work and reporting is of high quality. This role will include leading and coaching team members as well as managing relationships with clients.

To be successful as an Audit Manager you will:
- Be ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
- Significant auditing and accounting experience (ideally UKGAAP)
- Have a passion for delivering high quality client service
Your responsibilities as an Audit Manager will include:
- Be the point of contact for clients on a day to day basis demonstrating excellent writing, research and presentation skills
- The planning, execution and finalisation of all areas of the audit assignment
- Managing risk
- Identifying areas requiring improvement in the client's business processes
- Taking primary responsibility for monitoring progress against budget, and when the actual differs from the budget then gain a full understanding for the Manager
