Senior Finance Business Partner / Manchester (Hybrid) / Salary £85,000 + benefits
Accountable Recruitment are partnering with a growing, acquisitive services group to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner.
This is a highly visible and commercially focused role, reporting directly to the Group Financial Director and working closely with senior operational and executive stakeholders across a key division of the business.
The position offers the opportunity to move beyond traditional finance, acting as a true strategic partner to the leadership team. You will play a central role in driving financial performance, influencing decision-making, challenging assumptions and delivering insight that supports sustainable growth.
With the business continuing through a period of expansion and transformation, this role will also be instrumental in supporting the integration of recently acquired entities, improving financial visibility and helping to establish a consistent approach to reporting, forecasting and performance management across the group.
The Opportunity
As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be the key financial adviser to a significant business area, translating financial information into meaningful commercial insight and helping leaders make informed strategic decisions.
You will influence outcomes across revenue growth, profitability, resource planning, pricing strategy and operational performance, whilst supporting the business through continued growth and change.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to drive commercial performance and support strategic decision-making.
- Act as a trusted adviser, providing insight, challenge and recommendations to improve business outcomes.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
- Deliver high-quality financial modelling and scenario analysis to support key business decisions.
- Own performance reporting, providing clear analysis, commentary and actionable recommendations.
