An established and growing organisation is seeking an experienced Financial Controls Systems Lead to strengthen and modernise its finance control environment. This is a high-profile role for a qualified accountant who has a track record of implementing finance systems, designing robust workflows, and embedding strong financial control and compliance frameworks across complex organisations. This role offers real influence, working closely with senior finance leaders and stakeholders to ensure financial integrity, effective governance and continuous improvement.
The Role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will act as the central owner of financial control and risk across the organisation. You will ensure that financial processes, systems and workflows are well designed, consistently applied and compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
