What You'll Be Doing
- Taking ownership of balance sheet integrity - investigating and resolving issues with precision and insight
- Leading the preparation and delivery of year-end statutory accounts under UK GAAP/IFRS
- Maintaining and enhancing robust financial controls across the business
- Providing high-level technical financial advice to senior leaders
- Acting as a key liaison for auditors and ensuring smooth audit processes
- Managing complex reconciliations, journals, and adjustments
- Driving accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes
- Championing process improvements and strengthening internal controls
- Supporting and mentoring junior finance team members
- Rolling up your sleeves and contributing as a proactive, hands-on team member in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Bring
