We are delighted to be partnering with a respected financial services organisation seeking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to join their established Finance team on an initial 12-16 month contract.

- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, offering informed financial insight and challenge where appropriate.
- Support the production of accurate monthly and quarterly management information, ensuring financial results are clearly understood.
- Contribute to financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and longer term planning cycles.
- Provide meaningful analysis of financial performance, highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and potential actions.
- Prepare regular reporting and commentary tailored for senior leaders, ensuring clarity and alignment across finance teams.
- Assist with the coordination of financial and non-financial data to support a complete view of business performance.
- Support continuous improvement within financial processes, systems and reporting across your key areas.
- Collaborate with project teams, offering financial support and challenge during business case development and review.
- Use your understanding of operational cost drivers to help inform decision making and ensure alignment to wider business strategy.
