We are looking for an experienced Deputy Managing Director to work alongside the Managing Director and help lead the next phase of growth in this Liverpool city centre based role.
This is a key executive leadership role with responsibility for driving business performance, delivering strategic priorities and leading operational excellence across the organisation.
You will oversee multiple business functions, lead transformational change and ensure the business continues to grow in a profitable and sustainable way.
As Deputy MD you will be a commercially minded leader with a proven track record of delivering results, developing high-performing teams and turning strategy into action having led senior teams across multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities Partner with the Managing Director to deliver company strategy and business goals.
Lead performance across Operations, Commercial, IT and support functions.
Drive operational excellence, efficiency and profitability.
Lead major business improvement and transformation initiatives.
Develop and inspire senior leaders and management teams.
Ensure strong governance, compliance and risk management.
Provide clear reporting, insight and recommendations to support business growth.
Skills Experience Extensive experience in a senior leadership or executive role.
Strong commercial and operational management expertise.
Track record of delivering growth, change and business improvement.
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience within professional services or legal services is preferred.
