A leading Top 10 accountancy firm is looking to appoint a Corporate Tax Manager into their growing Edinburgh team, offering a salary of £53,000 to £60,000 with an excellent benefits package. Corporate Tax Manager Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, taking ownership of delivery from planning through to completion.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering a high-quality service.
  • Lead on complex tax projects and advisory assignments across a range of sectors.
  • Oversee compliance processes including review of corporate tax returns and computations.
  • Manage client onboarding, billing, WIP and cash collection processes.
  • Work closely with Senior Managers, Directors and Partners on wider client strategy and opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to add value and expand services across your client portfolio.
  • Lead, mentor and develop junior team members.

Corporate Tax Manager Attributes

  • ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong post-qualified experience.
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients including engagement, billing and delivery.
  • Strong technical knowledge across corporate tax, with the ability to handle complex assignments.
  • Experience leading projects and managing or mentoring junior staff.
  • Commercially aware, proactive and confident in dealing with clients.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
