A large, international group with an office in The Wirral is looking for a

hands-on Corporate Tax Manager

to join its dynamic UK-based operation, paying a salary of

£65,000 – £80,000

depending upon experience. This would be an ideal role for someone moving out of Practice or an experienced Corporate tax professional.

This is a

standalone

role-perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment, has a solid grounding in UK corporate tax, and is looking to play a key part in

strategic transactions and group-wide decision-making .
You\’ll be the go-to person for all things corporate tax, from compliance and transfer pricing to high-value advisory and M&A work. There\’s a strong pipeline of exciting projects, senior stakeholder exposure, and plenty of scope to shape how tax is handled across the business.

As the Corporate Tax Manager you will:
Manage end-to-end corporate tax compliance, including group reliefs, QIPs, and loan relationships
Lead on transfer pricing reviews and ensure compliance with BEPS and UK regulations
Handle HMRC enquiries and manage corporate tax audits and SAO programme
Advise on R&D claims, restructurings, refinancing, and transactions

To succeed as the Corporate Tax Manager you will be:
ACA / ACCA / CTA or equivalent qualified
4-8+ years in UK corporate tax (practice or in-house)
Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax and transfer pricing
Ability to work independently and influence senior stakeholders

As a Corporate Tax manager you will recieve:
